Katie Saglimbene

// President

Katie is a passionate marketing professional with a deep appreciation for small businesses, especially in Lansing, Michigan. This appreciation is what fueled her desire to start a marketing consulting company. She has over nine years of marketing experience.

She finds her inspiration and knowledge from top marketing firms like HubSpot, creatives like Jenna Kutcher and Think Creative Collective, and podcasts like StoryBrand. She is continually inspired by like-minded startups and entrepreneurs and loves to collaborate with content developers, SEO experts, photographers and videographers.

Katie is a foodie, has a knack for technology, and always starts her day with a hot cup of coffee (or two). In her spare time, you can find her attempting to keep her garden alive, camping with her husband or chasing down her puppy, Riley.

Victoria Simmons

// Social Media & Marketing Manager

Victoria is a marketer with a crazy passion for social media and the power it holds for businesses. She loves photography and creating engaging content that makes you think. She has over five years of small business marketing experience.

She is most inspired by networking with other like-minded professionals who push boundaries and aren't afraid to try new techniques to earn some social interaction. She believes that social media will only continue to grow and that businesses need to embrace the growth and changes as they come. She also draws inspiration from following social media influencers and authors like Rachel Hollis.

Victoria is a mom of two awesome kids and two big dogs. Fueled by kombucha, she is an adrenaline junkie who loves traveling – especially flying – and experiencing new cultures. Her favorite place is somewhere by water, either the ocean or Lake Michigan. She has a sweet tooth and thoroughly enjoys Sunday afternoon naps.
